RIPENING STAGES

Chilean Hass Avocados have three distinct stages of ripening; the avocado skin darkens progressively from a strong green to nearly black.

FIRM

Will ripen at room temperature in 5 - 7 days.

BREAKER

Fruit begins to soften, will ripen at room temperature in 2 days.

SOFT FRUIT

Ripe and ready-to-use. Store refrigerated for up to 2 days.
