Put out a plate of pretty avocado “branches” to decorate a holiday buffet or table, along with a big bowl of baby greens tossed with your favorite bottle dressing.

This festive wreath looks fancy but takes only minutes to prepare.  All you need are ripe Chilean Hass Avocados, a little lime juice, seasoning, and a zip top plastic bag. 

You can easily create a spooky but very edible centerpiece for Halloween by making Deviled Eggs with avocados instead of mayonnaise.

Cubes of avocado add a unique richness to this stuffing. Avocados can liven up holiday leftovers as well.
