Rinse avocados. Cut in half. Spoon out pit. Cover one half of avocado tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate to use as a spread or other use. Spoon the other avocado half into blender container. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve in tall glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.

  • 1 cup chilled coconut, coconut-pineapple or pineapple juice
  • 1 (6-ounce) container piña colada yogurt
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs, for garnish
