Step 1

Add avocados, cilantro and lemon juice to bowl and mash well with a fork. Cut the pitas into 8 wedges each.

Step 2

Fill your piping bag with the avocado mixture and pipe evenly (or spread on with a spoon).

Step 3

Decorate each wedge with a pomegranate garland, and finish with a pretzel stick tree trunk in the bottom.

  • 3-4 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 6 inch pita wedges
  • 1 pomegranate (seeded and dried)
  • pretzel sticks
  • special equipment: piping bag
