Step 1
In a standing blender combine avocado, lime juice, Cointreau, agave, and tequila. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Finally, add crushed ice, and pulse to combine. Serve in margarita glasses, rimmed with fresh lime zest and/or kosher salt. Place a thin slice on lime on the rim.
Drink right away.

- 2 ounce Cointreau
- 3 ounces light agave syrup
- 6 ounces silver tequila
- crushed
- optional: mixture of fresh lime zest and kosher salt for rim; lime slices for garnish
